The medisora.sk website is operated, and the Medisora service is provided, by Verteco digital services, s. r. o., registered office Daniela Dlabača 21, 010 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 53 412 834, registered in the Slovak Commercial Register since 5 November 2020. What data we process

Through the contact form we process your name, email, phone number and the content of your message — solely for the purpose of contacting you back and preparing a quote. We retain form data for a maximum of 24 months.

Health data in the Medisora system

Patient medical records processed in the Medisora system remain the property of the healthcare provider. Medisora acts as a data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR; data is encrypted and stored exclusively in EU data centers. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
