Do I need to install anything or buy a server?
No. Medisora runs entirely in the cloud — all you need is a web browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Replacing a computer or working from home is no problem; you simply sign in.
Is Medisora certified for eZdravie?
Yes. Medisora communicates with eZdravie (the Slovak national eHealth system) through certified NCZI interfaces, including eRecept v6 and eVyšetrenie v7, and we continuously roll out every legislative change — including those arriving in 2026.
How does switching from my current system work?
We migrate data from ADAM, Medicom, WinAmbulancia, Alex, Ambis, HealthPro and other systems for free, usually over a weekend. Both systems run in parallel during the migration, and we verify everything together before launch.
Is my patients' data safe?
Data is encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) and stored exclusively in certified data centers in the European Union, with backups across multiple locations. Every access to patient records is audited. Medisora is fully compliant with the GDPR as well as Slovak legislation on medical records.
