FAQ
What physicians ask most often
Do I need to install anything or buy a server?
No. Medisora runs entirely in the cloud — all you need is a web browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Replacing a computer or working from home is no problem; you simply sign in.
Is Medisora verified for eZdravie (NCZI conformity verification)?
Not yet. We are building the eZdravie integration module (eRecept v6, eVyšetrenie v7) and preparing it for NCZI conformity verification under Act No. 153/2013 Coll. Once verified, we will publish the certificate and the scope of verified services. Until then Medisora runs as a secondary system alongside your existing practice software — every other module is fully usable today.
How does switching from my current system work?
We migrate data from ADAM, Medicom, WinAmbulancia, Alex, Ambis, HealthPro and other systems for free, usually over a weekend. Both systems run in parallel during the migration, and we verify everything together before launch.
Is my patients' data safe?
Data is encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) and stored exclusively in certified data centers in the European Union, with daily backups and point-in-time recovery. Every access to patient records is audited. Medisora is fully compliant with the GDPR as well as Slovak legislation on medical records.
How much does Medisora cost, and what's included?
A solo practice with one physician pays €29 per month; clinics with 3+ physicians pay €24 per physician per month. The price includes every module, updates, legislative changes, support, and free access for nurses and reception staff. There are no setup or license fees.
Does Medisora work for clinics with multiple locations?
Yes. The Clinic plan supports an unlimited number of locations and sites with shared patient records, centralized analytics and role-based access control. For clinic networks we offer an Enterprise solution with an SLA.
What if my internet goes down?
Medisora works on any connection, including mobile data — practices typically bridge an outage with a phone hotspot. Your data is always safe in the cloud — protected by daily backups with point-in-time recovery.
